American rapper Snoop Dogg will star in a film by renowned director Luc Besson. This was reported by Variety.
The film is titled The Last Man. It is a science fiction movie in the post-apocalyptic genre. The plot details have not been revealed yet, but it is known that the rapper will play the leading role. Additionally, he will also serve as one of the producers. Filming is scheduled to begin in 2025.
The musician himself stated that he has dreamed of acting in a Besson film, which the director is currently writing the script for, ever since the iconic movie "Léon." "Ever since I first watched 'Léon,' I dreamed of Luc making a film with me. Now I finally have the opportunity to work with him," said the rapper.
It was also recently reported that the rapper has officially been cleared of murder charges that had been pending since 1993.
