Суд подтвердил законность лишения прав Сарика Андреасяна.

The Meshchansky Court of Moscow has rejected the appeal of director Sarik Andreasyan, who was deprived of his driving license for a year and a half for drunk driving. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

According to the source, the ruling stated that Andreasyan, who was behind the wheel, exhibited signs of intoxication: the smell of alcohol from his mouth and discoloration of the skin on his face. It was reported that the sobriety test showed a level exceeding 0.160 milligrams per liter, and the director agreed with the findings.

The publication also claims that Andreasyan's representative stated in court that the director was not drunk at the time of the stop but mistakenly drank from a bottle containing alcohol afterward. This version was previously voiced by the director's lawyers.

It was also revealed that director Sarik Andreasyan and television producer Nikolai Kartozia have filed lawsuits against each other for the protection of honor and dignity.
