In the Murmansk region, the prosecutor's office is investigating the circumstances surrounding the injury of a three-year-old child and their parent due to a heating system failure. This was reported by the agency's press service.
The incident occurred on December 17 in the city of Apatity, at house 32 on Bredova Street. A pipe burst in the apartment, and hot water flooded the preschooler and their relative. As a result, both sustained burns of varying severity.
Prior to this, in Moscow, a child sustained injuries due to an explosion of a fireplace in an apartment. The girl managed to escape from the smoke-filled room and ran to neighbors, who called emergency services. The fire, covering an area of 10 square meters, was quickly extinguished. Medical personnel recorded minor burns on the injured child.
Earlier in Kaliningrad, a child saved a large family from a fire.
