Ukrainian Chelsea player Mykhailo Mudryk has undergone a polygraph test following a failed doping test. This was reported by the Telegram channel TaToTake.
According to the source, Mudryk completed the procedure in London. The footballer asserted his absolute non-involvement in the presence of banned substances in his body. It was noted that the Ukrainian's responses exceeded the average trust threshold and were highly likely to be truthful.
News of Mudryk's positive doping test emerged earlier on December 17. Banned substances were found in the blood of the 23-year-old Chelsea midfielder after an unannounced check.
Mudryk joined Chelsea from Shakhtar in January 2023 for 70 million euros. In the current season, the Ukrainian has participated in seven Premier League matches without any notable contributions.
